All sales made through The Drip Dude are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or simply changing your mind about your Drip Vase™.
Damaged or Defective Items The Drip Vase™ is handcrafted and shipped with care, but if your vase arrives cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Thedripdude@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the damage or defect
We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no charge. Refunds to the original payment method are issued at our sole discretion.
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the item
- Issues related to plant health, overwatering, soil, or general plant care — The Drip Vase™ is a planter, not a guarantee of plant survival
- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper care after delivery
- Items reported after the 30-day window
Return Shipping If a return is approved on an exceptional basis, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
